CARBON FREE ENERGY SECURITY CENTER
Mission: Develop and promote 21th Century NV Economic Development & Energy Security Plans using the financial benefits from hosting the U.S. Nuclear Recycling Center to turn Nevada into becoming the Joint National Carbon Free Energy Security Center.
Implement a National Nuclear Recycling Center and Carbon-Free Energy Security Center on the Nevada Nuclear Security Site (NNSS)
Upgrade the obsolete, million-year, Yucca Mountain Nuclear Materials Storage Plan on the NV Nuclear Security Site with a Joint U.S. Nuclear Recycling Center, Joint Carbon-Free Energy Engineering Park & Joint Carbon-Free Energy Manufacturing & Production Farm for Grid customers. The hundreds of billions of future recycling profits, fees & taxes from global sales of recycled nuclear fuels & other products created by the joint, collocated, high-tech engineering & business centers at the Nevada Nuclear Security Site (NNSS) to be distributed to fund the Nevada ESA school choice program & to compensate NV citizens similar to the oil pipeline program in Alaska that annually pays thousands of dollars to AK citizens.
Promote Establishing the new facilities as part of implementing “3A” energy capabilities so city, rural, arctic, mountainous, desert and other remote areas can implement hardened industrial, habitable, mine-able, and farm-able communities using widely-distributed, sealed, walk-away safe, and emission-free MicroGrid power distribution systems.
Establish a Joint National Grid Restoration, Spares & Technical Data Center on the Hawthorne, Nevada, Army Depot (Defense Department).
Provide access to repair or replacement technical data and critical War Readiness spare parts to enable rapid emergency repairs for seriously damaged Grid components anywhere in the U.S..
Enable joint civilian- military (Reserves and/or National Guard) air mobile grid repair and restoration teams to access quick reaction data and service teams prepared to respond to all kinds of critical Grid failures and destruction in all states and overseas U.S. protected areas as Puerto Rico, Virgin islands, Guam and Solomon Islands.
Establish a joint civilian-military operational concept at Hawthorne Depot so costs are appropriately shared for the items, staffs and services offered.\
Advocate for protection of current and future power production systems, Grid components, transportation systems and other critical infrastructure with hunter-killer, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) operated by military, FAA and law enforcement units.
Advocate for Nevada State-wide air space defense systems capable of positively controlling counter Unmanned Air Vehicles used for future terrorist threats against critical infrastructure needed by DHS, DoD and FAA resources.
Ensure that all levels of government, power companies, energy rate-payers, citizens and County Commissions pay their fair share for essential aerial protection services for federal, state, local, commercial and private properties.
Establish a Joint National Grid Restoration, Spares & Technical Data Center under the Defense Department at the Hawthorne, NV Defense Munitions Depot. Provide access to repair and replacement technical data, critical War Readiness spare parts and essential loaned equipment to enable rapid emergency restorations of seriously damaged U.S. Grid components from national disasters or terrorism.
Enable joint civilian-military, air mobile grid repair and restoration teams to access quick reaction data, parts, special mobile power generation equipment and technical service teams trained to respond to all kinds of critical Grid failures, natural disasters and terrorism in all states and overseas U.S. protected areas such as Puerto Rico, Virgin islands, Guam and Solomon Islands.
Establish a joint civilian-military operational concept at Hawthorne Defense Depot so costs are appropriately shared for the government and civilian items, staffs and services offered.
Advocate for state-wide protection of current and future power production systems, Grid components, essential transportation resources and other critical infrastructure elements with hunter-killer style, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and missile defense systems operated by the appropriate Defense, FAA, DHS and NV law enforcement units.
