NvCAN’s E-Survey on RFL

The 80th Legislative Session is over, but NevadansCAN’s work is not. While we were able to stop some of the bad bills being passed, unfortunately we were not able to stop the Red Flag Law (aka AB291). With the recent mass shooting incidents, the Gun Grabbing groups are putting pressures on Congress to pass a national “Red Flag Law”. We need your input to know if you think this unconstitutional law is the solution to gun violence.
